Aesthetic Research

More colourful, while maintaining a clear and coherent structure.

Continuing with the aesthetic direction outlined in the first issue of BUTU, there was a distinct effort to mix the bold, bright colours and images of streetwear and fashion magazines with the typography and editorial layouts of more high end publications.

There was a decision to make the magazine more colourful whilst still maintaining a clear, coherent structure.
